Kate is a passionate, experienced facilitator committed to empowering children and the adults in their lives. Kate has worked with children, parents and child care providers in a variety of settings including schools, faith based communities, Head Start and Virginia Preschool Initiative programs throughout the state of Virginia. Kate is well known for her involvement in various community and state-wide coalitions.

As a parent of a child with ADHD, Kate has done extensive training and research on creating effective parenting tools, behavioral management techniques and implementing successful programs and accommodations at school. Kate’s greatest accomplishment is being David’s wife and mom to Will and Lee.
